How will you get your organization to become sustainable?
Our workshops are designed to engage your staff and stakeholders in a collaborative effort to redesign the operations and functions of your organization. Through these workshops you’ll begin to formulate an integrated sustainability plan.
- The first Workshop will get your plan started.
- The second Workshop will help you develop the plan.
- The third Workshop will prepare your plan for implementation.
Permergy team members provide follow-up support following Workshop events.
Each course spans a day and a half and all the three courses are designed to be taken over the length of a year. The courses are intended to help your organization identify opportunities to improve sustainability and strategize an achievable plan. Workshops are designed for groups of up to 30 participants.
